Sweet & Healthy - Cashew and Date Balls

Cashew and Date Balls


  • Raw cashews 1 ¼ cups
  • Date 1 cup, pitted
  • Ground cardamom ¼ cup
  • Orange zest 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut flakes ½ cup


  • First, grind dates in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add cashews to the ground dates and process until finely ground.
  • Transfer this cashew and date mixture to a bowl and mix in orange zest and cardamom.
  • Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
  • Roll balls into the flaked coconut to coat.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve!
